  The staff was very friendly. The doc/vet was very knowledgeable. They loved on and gave great attention to my little buddy. . She was a happy little pup. A little taken back by the injection but... She was smiling in a few minutes. So she was good. She's always been a tad dramatic. Spoiled little bugger

  Knowledgeable vets and techs who handle birds, reptiles, small critters, cats, and dogs. The doctors are professional, friendly, and encourage questions. The techs are hands-on when teaching me how to administer medicine or proper technique for shots and follow-up with an aftercare phone call to check on me. My rabbits and guinea pigs have been treated as serious pets, like a cat or dog, unlike most clinics which are dismissive towards tiny animals. I trust the clinic because the doctors provide honest discussions about treatment plans, costs, and difficult decisions.
